These beautifully crafted Makenge baskets are handwoven by artisans in rural Zambia and plant dyed using local methods.
Traditionally married women used these baskets to winnow grain, store roots or food, and to decorate their homes by hanging them on the wall.
Display on a table, use as a fruit bowl or hang on the wall for a beautiful statement piece.
The baskets include a subtle hook at the back.
